Hey Girls,

Coconut Oil As we all know is the most Versatile Oil on the planet. I am sure you are all well aware of the numerous benefits of using Coconut Oil both Internally and externally. However the catch is to find a Coconut oil in its most true form, to get the maximum benefits out of it. So today i am going to share with you all Top 5 ways how i like to use the Purest Coconut Oil that i have found till date which is the Shesha Naturals Cold Processed Extra Virgin Coconut Oil.

If you all do not know, Virgin Coconut Oil (VCO) is extracted from fresh coconut milk obtained  from mature kernel of coconut by mechanical or natural means which does not lead to alteration of the nature of the oil. VCO can be consumed in its natural state without the need for further processing. Hence, VCO does not undergo chemical refining, bleaching or deodorizing. Virgin coconut oil therefore is colorless, free of sediment, and has natural fresh coconut scent.

Shesha Naturals Cold Processed Extra VCO is extracted from fresh coconut milk without any chemical processes, it is the purest form of coconut oil, water white in color. And there is ‘Absolutely No Heat’ involved which is why Shesha Naturals Cold Processed Extra Virgin Coconut Oil has become India’s best VCO.

They will soon be introducing more bigger versions of the same VCO.

A wide mouth bottle, 500 ml is under process.

Following are the way in which i like to use the Shesha Naturals Cold Processed Extra Virgin Coconut Oil

COCONUT OIL AS A MAKEUP REMOVER  :  If you do not know, Coconut oil solubilizes or breaks up water-resistant substances used in eye shadow and mascara, releasing them from the skin and lashes. And unlike a lot of traditional eye-makeup removers, it’ll even leave your skin softer and younger-looking. So just Smear a little Shesha Naturals Cold Processed Extra Virgin Coconut Oil on a cotton ball and wipe your makeup with it. (Just be careful to avoid getting oil in your eyes, since it will make you vision little hazy. Once all of your makeup is gone you can use you regular face wash after this.

COCONUT OIL FOR HAIR CONDITIONING  :  Most of you must be following the old dadima ke nuskhee of treating your hair with a warm coconut oil champi every once a week and leaving it overnight before washing it  off the next morning right? And i am sure most of you must have been using the Parachute Coconut Oil for it. But for once just try using the Shesha Naturals Cold Processed Extra Virgin Coconut Oil instead of the Parachute Oil and you will definetely feel a difference 🙂 This Oil treatment will definitely give you naturally soft and silky tresses none which can be compared to your Expensive Spa Treatments.

TIP: Always warm the oil a bit before applying to your hair roots, since warm oil opens up the hair roots and moisturises the hair roots from within.

WARNING : DO NOT HEAT THE BOTTLE DIRECTLY IN MICROWAVE.

COCONUT OIL TO TREAT INFECTIONS

Now this is something very personal but it really deserves a mention. So recently i did have a really bad vaginal infection which if you have had one you must know how irritatingly itchy it gets. My mother has always said that Coconut Oil works like magic in any sort of vaginal Infections and so i tried the Parachute Oil.

P.S i hadnt started using the Shesha Naturals VCO until then as i still had to click the mandatory Blog Pics.

The moment i applied the Parachute Oil my itching doubled and i literally had to run to the washroom to clean myself. I immediately called my mom to tell her of what had happned. And she told me that you need to use Pure Coconut oil because obviously its a very sensitive area. It was night time and i literally had to somehow use something to ease the itching so i gave the Shesha Naturals VCO a shot. And to my utter surprise the itchiness vanished. This was the first time i had used it and this incident definetely proved the Purity of the Shesha Naturals VCO atleast for me 🙂

The reason why Virgin coconut oil works so well in treating infections is as it consists mainly of medium chain fatty acid like lauric acid which constitutes 48% of VCO. Lauric acid possess powerful anti-microbial properties capable of destroying disease causing bacteria, fungi, viruses and parasites. And so it is amazing to treat a yeast infection by applying this coconut oil  to the affected area. You can just rub the Shesha Naturals Virgin Coconut Oil into the skin or skin fold where the yeast infection is.

COCONUT OIL FOR MASSAGING BABIES   : You can also use the Shesha Naturals Cold Processed Extra Virgin Coconut Oil for massaging your babies. Its a very common practice in Kerala to massage Coconut Oil over the entire body before taking bath not just for babies but also adults. And since the Shesha Naturals VCO is the purest it is extremely safe for baby’s skin. In addition to being completely safe and a great moisturizer for dry skin, it also nourishes skin to help heal diaper rash and other baby skin problems due to its antimicrobial, anti-inflammatory, antibacterial and anti-fungal properties. This means it will protect cuts and scrapes from getting infected as well as heal them faster and fade any existing scars.

COCONUT OIL FOR SALAD DRESSING

Coconut Oil is one of the best Dietary oils. And that is because coconut oil’s primary form of saturated fat, lauric acid, has antibacterial properties, which can help fight inflammation, boost immunity, and even lower cholesterol. Extra Virgin Coconut Oil is best consumed when Raw, hence its best to use Shesha Naturals Cold Processed Extra Virgin Coconut Oil for your Salad Dressing.

So those are the Top 5 ways in which you can use the Shesha Naturals Cold Processed Extra Virgin Coconut Oil in your daily skin and hair care routine and see the difference for yourself, it is enough to keep all your beauty woos at bay 🙂
