shesha naturals ashtapathy soap (4)

If you guys have been following me from a while, you  know well how much i love trying out Natural Skin Care products. So when i got the opportunity to try out the Shesha Naturals Ashtapathy Soaps i was more than elated 🙂

What is the Shesha Beauty Ashtapathy Range about?

Harnessing tried and tested Ayurvedic beauty secrets is Ashtapathy. Ashtapathy Herbals is a herbal bath and body care brand from Kerala. In today’s times when purity in products is a rarity, Ashtapathy captures Ayurveda in its purest form and brings the same to you in a subtle way.

So the Ashtapathy Range consists of 3 Bathing Bars – Devathali Soap, Mud Soap and Olive Soap.

My Experience : The Ashtapathy Olive Oil Soap is the most used by me among the 3 Soaps in the range, as it is the least drying and very moisturising. Due to the all natural ingredients in the Soaps, these do not melt quickly like other Normal Soaps. Overall a nice Soap especially if you have very Dry Skin like me. It cleans the skin well without stripping the skin off its natural oils, leaving it well moisturised.

What the brand claims?  This is a refreshing herbal soap with the nourishing goodness of betel leaves. Other than effectively removing impurities from hair, it maintains and balances hair moisture. Also a natural cleanser that removes dandruff and treats split ends and makes hair shiny and healthy. The Leaf soap looks after skin too. Moisturizing, whilst keeping skin smooth and clear.

Ingredients : Betel Leaves, Hibiscus, Tulsi, Bringaraj, hari taki, Amla, Aloevera, Coconut Oil,

My Experience : The Ashtapathy Devathali Soap reminds me a lot of the Medimix Soap due to its Herbal Fragrance. Again the Devathali Soap can be used both on the Hair and Body,  This one is slightly less moisturising than the Olive Soap, so this would work well if you have Normal Skin.

What the brand claims?  For centuries, ‘Multani Mitti’ or ‘Fullers Earth’, has been trusted for skin care. ‘Multani Mitti’ is a natural cleansing agent absorbs and removes toxins from the body. This Mud Soap tackles excess oil, acne, blocked pores and hyper pigmentation. Resulting in brighter and more glowing skin.

Ingredients : Multani Mitti, Aloevera, Turmeric, Black Cumin Seeds, Betel Leaves, Pomegranate, Coconut Oil.

Price : Rs. 70/- for 100 gm  BUY HERE

My Experience : The Ashtapathy Mud Soap is a boon for People facing acne issues due to the main ingredient in it which is Multani mitti. I am sure you all must be aware of the benefits of using Multani Mitti which is primarily used for dealing with Issues for Oily acne prone skin. Now due to the presence of Multani Mitti though this works really well for people with Oily skin, if you are someone with Dry Skin you can skip this, as it will Dry out your already Dry Skin further.

So those were my thoughts for the Ashtapathy Soaps, since these are Soaps are so affordable you can try out all of these and see which one works best for you 🙂

Until next Time xoxo,
