IMG_20160217_083522

Hey lovelies, I am back with the unboxing and review of My Envy Box for February 2016.

Ever since My Envy Box disclosed on their Instagram page 2 weeks back that they were going to celebrate 15 years of Luxurious Ayurveda in collaboration with Forest Essentials. I was beaming with excitement and continuously glued on their Instagram Page to know the products that i would be receiving.

I am a huge huge hugeeeee fan of Forest Essentials and have already used and am still using their products.

Needless to mention i was just waiting for the My Envy Box to arrive, and once it did i couldn’t help but drool over the beautiful Hand painted motive of the 2 peacocks on the box. It just looked so beautiful and pristine.

So lets see which all products did i receive in My Envy Box for February 2016.

So i received the following products :

(1) Forest Essentials Ultra Rich Body Lotion  (Indian Rose Absolute) – (Received 50 ml bottle) :

I have already used few products from the Indian Rose Range and this addition was just perfect since i didn’t own a body lotion. It does smell heavenly and feels extremely smooth on the body. My skin does feel really soft after application. However i am going to keep this Delux sample which is perfect in size while i travel, as i always like to travel light :p

(2) Forest Essentials Silkening Shower Wash Madhurai Jasmine & Mogra – (Received 50 ml bottle) :

Again this was a Delux Sample Size Bottle of 50 ml and the fragrance of jasmine and mogra was truly enchanting 🙂 I am kind of weird but i do not feel like using and finishing up this too coz i do feel this will be great to carry while i travel and so i am going to save it up for later 🙂

(3) Forest Essentials Luxury Sugar Soap Neem, Basil and Honey (Received Sample Size of 50 g) :

I am really excited to try out this soap more so coz it smells so unique. Just a sniff of it and i can smell a unique fragrance of honey and neem which smells really refreshing! And i am sure since it contains Honey, Vitamin E, Glycerin, Almond Kernel Oil as Ingredients it would be good for Dry skinned people like me.

(4) Forest Essentials Hand Pounded Organic Fruit Scrub (Received Sample of 8 gm) :

I love scrubs coz i get really irritated with the whiteheads on the sides of my nose. This Scrub is hand-pounded to the right consistency and contains fresh organically grown Dates, Peaches and Almond seeds with rich Apricot Kernel oil, pure Honey and finely milled Almonds which seems so very luxurious and smells delicious :p However i do wished the sample size could have been better. 8 gms of products in a tiny container isnt enough to judge its efficacy i feel 🙁

(5) Forest Essentials Lightening & Brightening Tejasvi Emulsion (Received Sample of 8 gm) :

I loveeeeeeeeee the Tejasvi Emulsion, it is the only thing i like to apply onto my super dry face at night time, since it not only gives me the extra dose of moisture, but i also wake up to beautifully glowy skin the next morning. I do own the full size tub and this sample would again be helpful to travel light during my sojourns. Since i already use the full size product i aint complaining, however those who would try this for the first time, would wish that the sample size could have been better.

So these were the products that i received in My Envy box for February 2016. Which seems decent enough. Considering Forest Essentials is a Luxury Brand, the prices of each of their product is pretty steep! So i definitely didnt expect full size products to come in the subscription box. However i did feel the Sample of the Organic Fruit Scrub and Tejasvi Emulsion could have been better 🙂

Another thing that i would like to mention is that the prices printed in the placard in the My Envy box are not really justified. For example :  The Full size container of (50 gms) of the Hand Pounded Organic Fruit Scrub retails for Rs. 1675/-. And My Envy Box has mentioned the price of the Sample size  (8 gm) to be Rs. 575/- . If you do the calculation you will know what i am trying to explain.

Anyways but overall i am pretty much happy with the contents of the February My Envy Box!

Have you got yours? And which is the product you are excited to try out? Do let me know in the comments below 🙂
