Avene Micellar Lotion Scarlet blush blog Ria Rajendran (1)

Avene is French pharmaceutical brand. which is available in India. In general they have some very good products specially for sensitive skin as the Main Ingredient in their products is Avene Thermal Spring Water.

A bit history on Avene Thermal Spring Water (As taken from their website)

Avène Thermal Spring Water originates as rain. It gradually becomes infused with trace elements and silicates, achieving a perfectly balanced mineral composition ideal for sensitive skin. Over 300 stringent biological, pharmacological and clinical studies have clearly demonstrated the skin-healing and soothing benefits of Avène Thermal Spring Water. Even beyond sensitive skin treatment, this therapy has been used for centuries at the Hydrotherapy Center to address a variety of more severe dermatological conditions such as atopic dermatitis, psoriasis, ichthyosis and burns.

The Avène skincare brand was created to capture the same healing benefits to soothe sensitive skins worldwide. Formulated with Avène Thermal Spring Water and bottled directly from the source of the spring, the Avène skincare brand addresses the needs of all types of sensitive skin.

Today i am going to be talking about 2 of their products, one is the Avene Micellar Lotion and the other is the Eau Thermale Spring water.

So lets start with the Avene Micellar Lotion.

Kama Ayurveda Eladi Hydrating Cream (3)

I was really looking forward to trying out the Kama Ayurveda Eladi Hydrating Cream since i was looking for an cheaper alternative to the Forest Essentials Soundarya Radiance cream which i had been using until now as a Day Cream, considering the not so impressive results and the steep price at which it is available.

So when i saw the Kama Ayurveda Eladi Hydrating Cream and read the description of it on their website i was really excited to try it out. However, as much as i loved the Kama Ayurveda Nalpamaradi Tailam, the experience of using the Eladi Hydrating Ayurvedic Face Cream was equally dissapointing 🙁
